Still think this is funny

Online dating
The worst thing about online dating: One can see when prospects are online, presumably communicating with others.
The best thing about online dating: There are many more choices. Of course, with so many choices it is some what overwhelming and one could dismiss a great catch thoughtlessly. And there is the opposite end of the spectrum: If one feels compelled to thank individuals for making contact rather than ignoring them it takes a great deal of time and for some that is just enough to prompt some stalker like behavior.

The chase
You are too nice to me. = You are not a challenge anymore so I'm moving on to my next conquest.

Manglish: What Men Are Really Saying
When a man says," I just want to be friends."
He is saying, " I'm not interested in you."
And, he is probably not trying to soften the blow so he doesn't hurt your feelings but he is thinking if he says he wants to be friends maybe you won't go bat shit crazy and drop by his house when he has that new special person over, boil his child's rabbit, hack his email, or go psycho and post the naked pictures he was always sexting you when he was reeling you in. Whatever the motivation you can be sure it is out of self preservation not any genuine concern for the feelings of another person.

Again more manglish
When a guy says, "I am not interested in seeing anyone else now." He is really saying, "This is temporary and as soon as I think someone else might trip my trigger you are out of here and by the way I AM LOOKING."
