Disgusting messages

I got a couple of disgusting messages stating that the guy just wanted someone f@#k and I was a little irritated on top of being disgusted but then I realized that he saved me the trouble of going on a date or more than one date or even worse lots of dates before finding out he's a jerk because that has happened to me. It really sucks when you get vested in a relationship and the person is not vested at all was just doing whatever he had to do to get laid.

Tabata and abs

i still don't know what tabata is but I worked my butt off from 6:30 to 7:30 and was covered in sweat. I'm going again next Thursday if I can get out of work at a decent hour. I am getting tired of working 10 and 12 hours a day. I feel ungrateful for having those thought s but life has got to be about more than work. Especially when I am not trying to find a cure for cancer or AIDS. I know every job is important and it takes every cog in the wheel to keep things going but working eight or nine hours should be plenty.
